SCHIPP IMMOBILIEN is a family-run company specializing in student housing. With passion and personal commitment, we ensure that students find a home where they feel comfortable.

From our headquarters in Nuremberg, we manage apartments in seven German cities. Our team is small but excellent – this allows us to know each tenant personally and provide individual care.

Many of us grew up in Nuremberg and the Erlangen region or studied here ourselves. We know the city and its surroundings not just from work, but from our own everyday lives.

Part of our team has also studied abroad. These experiences shape our perspective on life transitions, new chapters, and arriving in a new place.
